Full service weddings are near and dear to our heart and we live to create a memory that will forever tell a story in your wedding pictures. Our one-of-a-kind beautiful garden florals are artfully sourced from our cutting garden and many other local farms right here in the Hudson Valley. When we come up with a design for your event we are using our knowledge of seasonality in order to create a unique, fresh, and interesting arrangement that is custom to your event.

How it Works
Please read our letter and the information on this page, and be sure to review our Wedding Portfolio to make sure we are a good match for you.
Fill out our initial bridal questionnaire to make sure your date is available and give us some background information on your event. Within 2 days of receiving your request we will get back to you about our availability.
SCHEDULE YOUR MEETING
At this in-person meeting, or alternately over the phone, we will discuss ideas for your wedding florals and refine the details that will bring your vision to life. Based on your color palette and style, we will discuss a plan that fits your personality and is consistent with the aesthetics of your big day. Following your consultation, we will send a detailed floral and event design proposal with itemized costs for you to review.
COMMUNICATE YOUR CHANGES
After reviewing your detailed design proposal, you can approve the plan as drafted, or request specific changes. We ask that you consolidate these changes into one message and are done within one week of receiving the proposal.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
After approval is given we will send you a contract that you can electronically sign, and an invoice for a non- refundable retainer of $500.00 that reserves your event on our calendar. Your retainer will be applied towards your final payment, so send it early to make sure you have a spot, and don’t worry about changes you may make later. We ask that you make your decision within 30 days of receiving our estimate.
PAYMENTS & FINAL REVIEW
After the initial retainer is paid, the next payment of the balance of 50% of the entire wedding is scheduled for six (6) months before the event and then the final payment of the balance is due thirty (30) days before the event. Six weeks prior to your event, we will get in touch to finalize your order and request any last-minute changes. You will have one week to make these changes – any additions made less than 30 days prior to your wedding cannot be guaranteed. Reductions are not permitted, the money can be reallocated somewhere else.
Relax and let us do the heavy lifting! We’ll handle all the floral set-up details and deliver the freshest and most beautiful flowers for your day. We deliver your bouquets, crowns, and personal flowers, make sure they all fit well, and make any final touches. We can pin all boutonnières before your first look and get your corsages to the right people if you have chosen this service. We will work on setting up your dinner tables and your ceremony site based on your finalized timeline of the day of events .
